They were both lousy. Tua didn’t make the plays on 3rd down when he needed. This loss isn’t on Tua IMO.
It’s on McDaniel 100%.
McD coached a despicable game.

Fangio played soft ass zone for the final 5 minutes, thinking game over. MoronStopped blitzing??? When did he blitz???
Once. Kohou nailed Levis and they almost got a pick.Stopped blitzing??? When did he blitz???
I've lost it.I feel as you do inside I really do...I'm just trying for the sake of my sanity to keep telling myself...'whatever...we are still 9-4'...but I feel the anger sharks swimming around and I'm trying to keep cool
He will play next week. Bank on itHe's hurt bad. His ankle is going to blow up. You won't see him for a while. Can't risk it
You're not going to see a lot of guys until Week 18.Not a coincidence the offensive line self destructed with no Connor Williams in there calling out protections. Honestly, that may have been the biggest loss of them all tonight. And judging by how quickly he was ruled out, we probably aren't seeing him again this season.
Still an unfathomable decision to have Liam as our backup center. Get well soon T-Stead and Robert Hunt, we are going to need you.
You that ignorant ?but I thought you've been telling us for 2 years
You keep riding with Tua lol Dude is going to end up being a coach killer. You cant fix slow, immobile, and weak-armed. McDaniel realized how shitty of an OL he had and how average of a QB he had and somehow managed to make this a behemoth of an offense. Imagine what he could do with a real qb and an actual OL
I think the offense and the defense and the special teams all made significant contributions to the awful loss. Offense could have been much better, obviously. Defense gave up long TD drives in 1:54 and 26 seconds, which was inexplicable. Special teams had a missed/blocked FG and awful punt at the end. It's almost like football is a team sport.Ok fair.
I see a lot of dolphins punts there. I guess you'll agree with me then that this loss is on the offense, not the defense.
Yea, i don’t wear tinfoil hats, but WTF is “you shifted ur d-line position too fast, therefore u delayed the game” ’???????Not excusing the poor performance, but the refs felt legitimately crooked and nobody will convince me otherwise. Of course it wasn’t as egregious as 10 penalties to 0, but there were several calls that were made in critical parts of the football game.
There is no way to make the loss tonight into some positive. It wasn't just the loss but the way the team lost. Tua looked like the Tua we saw in '20. McDaniel and Fangio were outcoached and it wasn't even close.Eh. I kind of think our gut-punch loss was to the Chiefs. We had them on the ropes, had Waddle breaking open deep with single coverage and no help and mess up the snap.
We were a double-figure favorite at home in our first MNF game in 6 years and we looked like we didn't care. Then we got in a game and we didn't look like we had it in us to compete when it mattered. We got three gift touchdowns and still managed to lose it.
To me, at least, that's more than a gut-punch loss. We didn't look like an organized, disciplined, invested team, and that should be concerning.
You've never heard of the abrupt movement penalty? Can anyone explain that defensive penalty on the Dolphins right before the Titans last touchdown. I thought the defense could move and shift however they wanted as long as they didn't go into the Neutral Zone? I've NEVER seen this penalty.
