From watching hard knocks it looks to me like the team is immature

Looked like the team was not conditioned very well

Both coaches called poor games imo

Defensive line was gassed I think and Fangio didn’t help the rush

McDaniel got caught up in hill hype, bad situationally, ultra conservative on the last drive

Fade calls omgoodness they were poor calls

Celebrating like that at those times to me seems inappropriate but I get having fun but maybe not at those times

We were missing 9 starters at the end of the game…. 9 starters

Waddle with multiple mental errors… again

Really bad look bad loss..

But they win out their the #1 seed

We’ll see if our head coach can get them to respond to a confidence crushing defeat..

Tua wasn’t good tonight. But neither was anybody else, really. Blame cannot be placed on one or two individuals. It was a “team” suck-a-tude tonight.

This doesn’t absolve Tua for his subpar game, but when 4/5th’s of your starting line is out (yes, Fowler, Riddick, and Orlovsky, it was 4 not 3 starting lineman out) — it’s a lot harder to succeed and look good.

The narrative is gonna be that Tua sucked because Tyreek was out. And that surely didn’t help. But the main reason for offensive letdown and disjointed play was the o-line being injury-riddled. They ran the ball well, somewhat surprisingly to me, but that’s about it.

McDaniel knew this which is why he leaned on the run game so much. But he seemingly abandoned it too often once they got into the redzone. And Tua knew it too, as he looked panicked and had happy feet almost any time he dropped back.

Why does this team have to always be so injury-prone at key positions? It just never seems to settle down.

Why lean on the running game as you say and then abandon it and try and throw for TDs in critical the OL must protect in pass attempts?

Why not continue to run it down there?

Agreed with everything.

I’d also add we’re a finesse team when it’s all said and done.

So when we play really physcial teams we generally get smacked.

It’s why I warned in the pre game thread this game scared me.

I don't get how Tua looked so off.

I don't get how they forgot to hand the ball to Mostert on 1st and goal, 2nd and goal, etc.

How did Tennessee get so open at the end? Wtf?

I mean, if you designed a script to crush the souls of a fanbase, this isn't a bad one.

I guess silver lining is Tyreek got back up so hopefully he can heal quick and get back to it.

I'm so mad I'm punching myself in the balls. They can put THAT on "sack cam"

On the plus, I was at the game and can confirm that the cheerleaders are still best in the league.

On the minus, f Ross and the ridiculous parking at the stadium. Took 45 minutes to drive 1/8 of a mile into lot 42. Which I paid ahead for. Which they weren't scanning anyone into- meaning I wasted my money, and it was a free for all which might explain the 45 minutes just to get into it, and then have the privilege of walking a couple miles through "beautiful Miami gardens" and the Walmart back-lot dumpsters. I might never go to a game again unless I get there by helicopter or police escort. Seriously **** the parking **** there along with the apathetic ****s standing in the lots with vests and seemingly no actual purpose besides standing there while gridlock unfolds.

I guess I'm more angry over the parking situation than the game. That should tell you how mad I am about the parking.

I deserve a cheerleader.

We were winning after that. But two scores…you know what. Never mind. Enjoy your night lol
1 play does determine NFL games whether you believe it or not. Almost just cost the titans but we weren’t good enough to make it count, you know what, never mind.

Yep i watched it all. He was on the money, it was a team loss and wants everyone to look inwards and not point fingers which he said he saw no sign of:

Watch it here:

When asked about the play calls in the red zone, he said he approached it like he usually does. How can you do that when Armstead, Hunt and Williams are out? He needed to include that fact into his decision making. That OL had a better chance of pounding the ball in. Pass plays needed to be fades because that's all Tua had time for as the sack when he slipped showed.

A few things that really annoyed me tonight:

This is basically immaterial, but I have to say it. The celebrations are fun. But, Tyreek has a gimpy ankle, and he does a wheelbarrow celebration where his teammate is holding him by the ankles?

Also, I have no facts, but there is no doubt in my mind that Tyreek could have returned before he did. He never went to the locker room. He never sat down. He was standing and moving around the sideline. McD wanted to play without him.

Waddle is a huge disappointment to me. He ran two incorrect routes tonight. He didn’t step up when needed.

Eichenberg was horrendous tonight. On one Tua sack, he literally blocked no one. That isn’t the first time it has happened with him. I know Tua didn’t have a good game, but the five guys protecting him tonight were abysmal. And imagine this….the Titans best defensive player, Simmons, didn’t play! The all-22 is going to be a crime scene.

McD and Fangio let us all down tonight. McD refusing to run inside the 5 was absolutely unforgivable. And Fangio refusing to blitz a rookie QB who has one legitimate weapon (Hopkins) is beyond belief.

everyone on this board must be teenagers it is one game. Beat the Bills and you guys will be thinking going to win the Superbowl.

The Chiefs and the Bills and Ravens lost games way worse than we did this year.

You mean the blocked fg or fumble on one yard line ?

It was going to happen eventually. I’ve been harping on it too much for weeks. McD thinks he’s playing a different sport than NFL football. We hold guys out longer than necessary….and they end up getting injured a gain anyway. Which proves the idiocy of holding them out. Happened with Achane. Happened with Hunt. Happened with Armstead.

Tonight, we hold out Holland. Elliott misses plays with an injury. We have neither starting safety. We hold out Armstead and Hunt….and Williams goes down and the oline is decimated.

You don’t wait for some mythical ”perfect” health in the NFL.
Yea, crossed my mind too. Everyone able to go on Sunday has to suit up AND start

to me waddles been a disappointment this year between all the drops, wrong routes, and no real big gamebreaking plays...and...hes ALWAYS banged up, its like everytime he gets tackled hes limping off or holding his wrist or back

needed him to step up in hills absence today and he did not, he made a tough grab in traffic twice and a couple short catches but i dont even view him as a threat to take it to the house anymore
