Well some people with far better football minds than the average forum surfer think that a DT can move to DE and play it at a high level. It may seem new and foreign but several players in the league play at both positions during the course of the year, and the Broncos seem to think their dominating DT (Pryce) can make the switch.
I dont believe anyone expects a high sack total out of DG or even much of a pash rush, as long as he can do a better job than Mixon. Unless I am mistaken he will be pulled or put at DT spot during passing downs and probably will only play 60% of the downs anyways. Burnett and Bowens will both replace DG at times to provide the pass rush needed oposite of JT.
