Man this hurt.

Just like against Arizona with Bolden and Fitzgerald, Johnson ate us up. Sure, they are going to be tough against anyone, but it seems our secondary is particularly susceptible to big WR's.

It doesn't take a genius to know where we are going either in FA or the draft next year.

pretty much, if I were the opposing team, i throw the rock 70% of the time against us - no short stuff either - all 15 plus yard throws

Yeah, I'm afraid we might have really been exposed on this one. NY and Arizona went deep and killed us. NE and SD didn't go deep for whatever reason. Now, Houston reams us with chunks of pass yardage.

Agreed, however, Andre Johnson, Bolden and Fitzgerald are tough match-ups for any corner in the NFL.

Thos receivers destroy alot of defenses. You're talking about the upper echelon of the NFL in that position. Sure Johnson catch was impressive... but it wasn't the only play on that drive that the defense broke on.

i was impressed at the end of the game they threw 3 staraight times and we defended well.

Unfortunately Denver is on the sched in a couple week, plus two games vs. Lee Evans, who's not that big but seems to always have huge games againts the Fins

Why is it that everytime we play a mediocre QB they look like a Hall of Famer against us?? Also, why can't we EVER cover an athletic TE?? We NEVER can!!! :shakeno:

you know the best part? Goodman after week one said he does good against bigger wr and not fast ones to cover up his crap play vs the jets, so then week 2 he got bombed on just as much so i wondered what his excuse then was...but there was none oh and 2 PI flags in that game for him.

this game we got bombed on again. U drop money on asomugha or gamble next year and draft another. oh and draft a FS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we can't stop a dominating reciever, and we don't have one ourselves. That spells trouble in a pass happy nfl.
