Will KC take it for Trent Green? Adam Schefter said a few minutes ago that is our last and final offer. I think KC will take it and we get Green. If not we get Green later and KC gets nothing. You never know what you can get for a 6th rounder. (Tom Brady was #199)
 
No, there not gonna accept that, i heard on the draft show, the GM? of the Chiefs was talking about how there not gonna accept anything but a 4 for him, he sounded pretty serious about it.

Guess they will have to pay him the 7+ million dollar salary for his year. That is their only other option besides releasing him.
 
There will be no trade for Trent Green this weekend. Instead, we will wait up until the start of training camp for Kansas City to release him, and then we will get him for no compensation.

I predict pick #199 will be used for LB Brandon Siler or OL Doug Datish.

They will end up cutting him and getting nothing. Peterson is a jerk. There is a fine line between being a savyy negotiator and a jerk and he's crossed it.
