This whole prolonged process is becoming more ridiculous by the day. Everyday it seems a new candidate comes into the picture and another drops out. It's as if their selecting the new Pope or something. Ross, get your act together so this organization can move forward and not continue to be laughingstock. Sorry to rant, but this organization is so damn frustrating.
 
I'd rather he take his time and pick the right candidate, but maybe that's just me. And I'll never understand the fans that get bent out of shape over reporters taking shots at the team, who cares? The only way this team ceases to be a laughing stock is when it starts winning consistently and we don't get another shot at that for another 9 months or so (in other words expect a lot of negative press between now and then), the speed at which it hires personnel is irrelevant

We're trying to pick GM's, but they're rejecting us left and right and even Gaine would be crazy to take the job now. After the first 2 swings and misses, we should've just hired Gaine then and there. Now that 4-5 different guys have spurned us, Gaine just looks like a bitch if he stays licking Phiblin and Aponte's boots.
 
Apparently we have picked a new GM several times. The problem is none of them want the job.
