This ought to be the pick that decides the GM's fate. If Tanny is the real thing Ireland keeps his job and gets to thumb his nose at the critics but if Tanny is fool's gold it needs to be the last we see of Ireland at the GM position. Problem is it won't be til next season until we find out about Tanny so it seems we are stuck with Ireland at least til then.
