Lets see if someone can get both:lol2:

I say getting both right would be similar to hitting the lotto.

So giver a shot armchair GM's:)

I agre with King D. Bowles pretty much will be DC unless someone gives him an offer as HC somewhere. Philbin will bring at least one (if not more) of his Packer coaches and Clements makes the most sense. I'm not sure he has that many other contacts that would be able to do this, so most logical choice.

After this press conference Bowles is not a given!

OC- Clements

DC- Winston Moss

Green Bay South... bring in Flynn and lets go..........

I'd take clements and even kevin greene for a LB coach from green bay...

I'd like a defensive coach from baltimore to land here...

get us a greenbay mindset offensively and a baltimore mindset defensively... I'd be very eager to watch next year if this all were to happen.

DC - Mike Trgovac

OC - Tom Clements or Edgar Bennett

Clements will probably be the OC for the Packers, so I don't really know right now who I'd like our next OC to be. However, I would like to see Keith Butler, LB coach for the Steelers, at the very least get an interview. Coaching under a great defensive mind in Dick Lebeau, not to mention that LB corps is undoubtedly the best in the league.

Clements being GBs next OC seems to be a given in here but what people are forgetting is he won't be calling the plays there. Don't count Clements out as Miamis OC. First though, Tampa will have to go in a if different direction for Clements to have a chance at winding up here.

Packers Offense - TM - Packers

According to a "source familiar with the Packers' operation," QBs coach Tom Clements is expected to replace outgoing offensive coordinator Joe Philbin.

The Packers' QBs coach the past six seasons, Clements served as the Bills' offensive coordinator from 2004-05. Philbin's departure should only be a minor stumbling block for an offense that led in the NFL in scoring in 2011, as head coach Mike McCarthy has served as play-caller since arriving in Green Bay in 2006.

Keith Butler would be awesome. Doubt it happens though since he is Dick LeBeau's replacement in waiting.
