The pittsburgh kid article touched me. I myself am a pittsburgh kid. Of course Im grown up and i now too live in south florida. for the rest of my life ill always remember funnel cakes and potato patch fries at kennywood with the log jammer and raging rapids thunderbolt and jackrabbit. Ill never forget Primanti Bros which by the way they have one here in fort lauderdale the only one outside of pittsburgh in the whole world. The owner opened one up down here. Ill never forget Iron City beer or Rolling rock or Yuengling. I mean the middle class and the buccos, pens panthers and steelers. Dont forget however Marino made me love the dolphins like nothing else. Whole point is the article touched me and reminded me of my father working in the steel mills. I mean this if you ever have a long weekend or four days off take a trip to the burgh. Youll really love the history there.

I've been to Pittsburgh one time. Loved it. Thought I was going to see an old, decaying industrial ghost town with lots of rusting steel bridges and decrepit factories, but found a city with a undeniable confidence and attitude that was most certainly evident in number 13. Good people there. Down to earth, friendly. Next time I go though, I have to eat at that Hot Dog joint...I'm still amazed that the Steelers passed him up in '83
