I think all 3 "bear" responsability but IMO Wanny and RS would top the list.Wanny for obvious reasons.RS because he has been with Wanny approx 8 yrs as a chief scout and talent evaluator and is as responsible as Dave for many of the bad personnel decisions they have made together.JJs recent criticism was really directed at RS not Wanny.

Wayne H bears some responsability because he has been too slow to react to what are obvious failures.

Thats what ive been saying all along.... Wannstetd has done nothing but tried to patch up holes that he himself has made offseason after offseason...unfortunetly for us, there is now starting to become way too many holes to patch up & thats why you are witnessing the deterriation of this team.
