Place your endorsement here for Head Coach

My Endorsement does not mean dick.... So I will get behind whoever we hire...

If I had to go with who I like, I would probably say Philbin. Simply because of the possibility of him luring more of the Packer Staff... I have to admit that I find McCoy a bit of a wild card though... People get down on him about the job he has done in Denver but you really have to look at what he is working with and he did a pretty good job with that...

Joe Philbin, for sure. I view Mike McCoy as a lateral move from Sparano and the being of the mould of the same old boring crap we've had the past decade.

Philbin:

1.) Will bring a better staff than McCoy

2.) Comes from a winning franchise.

3.) Doesn't call the plays, but he works with the players and assistants. People make it like he doesn't do anything. He'll bring an explosive philosophy here. I see McCoy as another run first guy.

4.) Good possibility of getting Flynn here

If the Offense is going to be Greenbay South then Philbins is the logical choice, he's my choice because the fins need to be aggressive on the field, and every down needed to challenged like it was 3rd down.

i dont understand why people say we will trade for RGIII if we get McCoy.please help me figure this out

its never been said.. its an assumption due to a couple of reasons

1) Miami has supposedly been in talks about trading up to the Rams spot immediately following the Fisher debacle
2) Miami makes no big name hiring, maybe instead going for a coach who shares the same vision as Ireland (RG3)
3) McCoy took the offense he built around Orton and totally configured it to accomodate Tebow, he has a knack for adjusting an offense to fit a QB.
4) McCoy was a QB himself
5) Its well documented that Ross/Ireland is aware that we need an elite QB (or at least a big name). Im sure they even shoot for Luck, even though itll never happen.
6) If Ross didn't make the splash he wanted at head coach, he is probably going to look to make the splash at QB. No secret that is what people in South Florida have been dying for. If anything, to protect his own pocket.
7) RG3 fills that stadium. I buy tickets if he is our QB next year.
