I go to Cypress Bay High in Weston, Fl, and saw Plaxico today working out at my school. He worked out for at least 2 hours, and when word got out and everyone was there, he had to leave. What does it mean? I dont know. Just thought I'd share

He's supposed to live in Lighthouse Pt.. Westin's a long way to travel from there to work out - unless he's connected with someone from around there, like Drew Rosenhaus, Penny, Sparano, or some trainer.

He was with his trainer or wharever that guy was who works at our school, I think he's a former Dolphin who runs a part of a gym who works with football players here in our "city". Why was he here? Im not the guy to ask

that's crazy, I went to Cypress Bay too... he was probably working out with John Gamble, he was the strength and conditioning coach for the dolphins for more than a decade. Gamble's son is a highly touted LB that plays for Cypress, so he's always there helping out the football team with workouts and stuff.
Yea, Gamble is a beast. The son version is going to Duke to play football and track.
