He's 34, a big receiver, working out in Miami and apparently in great shape, and most importantly he's been a weapon with his size, reach and ability to catch the football. It woudln't surprise me if the Dolphins bring him in- the downsides are his off field issues, maybe his attitude, and he's not a burner. But I remember thinking the day before Erci Steinbach was signed that he was worth a look- same for Burress with me, and I'd be fine with Braylon Edwards being signed as well. No guarantees, jut see how they do- there's a glut at WR now, but I'd sign at least one of them and see what they can do.

There is a reason no one has called his agent seeking his services.

He has more redzone TDs than the entire dolphins wr core combined in the last two seasons. That is a skill set we are not looking for at this time.

Which "YOUNG" player do you cut to make room for Plaxico?

The guy is talented, apparently in great shape and living in Miami now. There are definitely reasons to not bring him in to camp at no risk, but I can think of some good reasonns- he's talented, motivated and in great shape. We have a lot of question marks at WR and very few, if any, sure things. I'm not opposed to giving him a shot.

We are trying to build a championship team not a reality tv show,How much better is he than Chad? If we bring in a veteran WR the question is who fits our new system better Braylon or Plax?
