I don't get why the Dolphins see the Jets lose their starting CB and don't go after him.

You're a BILLIONAIRE & hire all these folks that are supposed to be great with analytics, so why don't your coahches have a card that says if their Right CB goes down, his replacement is suseptable to the double move, so throw this pattern to our X receiver, etc.

Also, if the Jets are selling out slanting to stop the stretch play, then how about a little misdirection or bootlegs to keep them honest?

Jets have given up big plays vertically and deep crossers,

We spent years under Philbin complaining about abandoning the running game. Finally we stick with it in the 2nd half and it pays dividends in the long run.
