Play Calling with Henne at QB?

Do you guys think things are going to change? or just keep dinking and dunking? I honestly think instead of opening up the offense and giving the kid a chance we do the opposite. I guess time will tell, and I seriously hope I am wrong.

i havent shut the door on henne. i'll wait till he starts and has a better shot at it rather than yesterdays showing. we've seen so many qbs come through here. so many times we've wanted the backup qb in there (that list is long, i wont start in with that but you know who they are) only to find out we wanted the original starter back in. henne will prob get his chance next week. he will finally get a chance to work with the starters this week in practice. hopefully the offense can get in sync and have lots of years of success. or get healthy penny.

Besides the screen passes called, Henne was dinking and dunking because he couldnt make the reads downfield not because of the play calling.

Give him a week in the system with the starters and maybe the coaches will now change the game plan now that we have a qb with a cannon. Lets hope, cuz its all we got to be excited about now..

The only problem with a cannon is that it is fired at the opposition and henne is taking that too literally.
