Play makers-This is the draft

One of the big issues this offense has had is there have been no bonafide stars/ pro bowlers on the offensive side of the ball. And we haven't had one since Ricky was toting the rock for us. In our first two picks we have the chance to pick up a high quality RB and a WR. I hope we do that. My dream would be a Devante Parker or Perriman followed by Abdullah or Duke Johnson. I would also be OK with a Todd Gurley or Gordon followed by Phillip Dorsett or Agholor.

Of the two scenarios, I favor the Gurley/Gordon option because I think a running game would take some of the pressure off Tannehill. Also if the safeties have to play the run it opens up the field. But either way...we need play makers and this is the draft to finally do it.

I agree we need a play maker. Outside of Marriota and Jameis, I expect the picks in the first round to follow the way it normally has in past drafts with lots of drafting OL and DL which favors us getting a much needed top tier play maker.

But he's not the only one who thinks Gordon > Gurley. They're in the minority but there's plenty of people who like Gordon

Exactly my thinking....I prefer the Gurley or Gordan option in round 1 since its likely Cooper, White & Parker will be gone.

In round 2 hopefully a great wideout makes it to our pick.....if not get a guard or mike backer there....then get the wideout in rounds 4-6....there are many nice prospects that will be there.

And also, I've heard you use this argument of getting a solid player anywhere in the draft way too much. If that was the case, I'd like to see you trade back for 31 7th round picks and try to find 5 guys that will be more than special teams players.
