Brown had 67 yards on 12 carries, four on the final drive. Williams had 52 yards on just 10 carries. When it's working as good as this, WHY THE H#@% ARE WE THROWING A LITTLE GIRLY PASS RIGHT INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE DEFENSE (which was still short of the endzone) WHEN IT'S 3RD AND 2 FROM THE 7???! Can someone please tell me? We had to POUND IT IN there, and if it didn't work, POUND IT AGAIN!!! I know last year we were complaining about all we do is run we're so predictable, but this year, the run is WORKING! And when it's working like this, YOU GOTTA POUND EM! Ricky and Ronnie could be the Best RB combo and offensive Weapons around the whole NFL, but they're being HELD BACK. Just like our team. I dont wanna get against Saban and Linehan cause I think they've done a great job thus far, but that's a few games already where the run is working, but still unnecasarilly throw and end up losing with a great running game going. What's going on, COACH?

You know you can coach when ...

You watch the Miami Dolphins blow a chance to tie it in the fourth quarter against Atlanta. With a third-and-2 at the Falcons 8 the Dolphins didn't give the ball to Brown or Ricky Williams -- both of whom were in the backfield. Instead, they put their faith in Gus Frerotte -- Gus Frerotte -- and his pass for Chris Chambers was intercepted by Keion Carpenter. Why in the world would you trust a quarterback who has one touchdown pass in his past four games instead of two backs who each averaged more than 5 yards a carry? I'm sorry, but I don't get it.

PHINZ RULE!!!

I don't think the play call was a bad one, I think gus's decision was the horrible. The safe throw was out in the flat. If Gus throws it away or completes the two yard pass out in the flat were not having this discussion. Yes we can run the ball but you do eventually have to pass or the running game will become ineffective unfortunatly we have Gus Ferrotte.

3rd and 2 from the 8.

I do agree that we have been to pass happy in the redzone and would like to see us call more running plays in the redzone. I wish we had KC mentallity in the redzone.
