Assuming the Miami Dolphins stay at #22, who is the player you most want there? Conversely, who is the player you least want?

It has been rare that the team has picked the player I most want or least want. Jason Allen was a least want for me and DaVante Parker was a most want. Allen was a bust and the jury is still out of Parker.

This year the player I most want is T.J. Watt. I like that he would give the team versatility, plus he is a good athlete and a player who won't be outworked. I think Watt would be a great start to the draft for Miami.

The player I least want is Malik McDowell from Michigan State. He has unreal potential, but all scouting reports indicate that he may not work for it. In a loaded draft, I don't want to take a boom or bust prospect.

Yours?

good concept

Jordan Willis is my most want. look at his first step. very Wake like I think

Dalvin Cook is my least. while not realistic for Miami. I don't like his character

Least is definitely Jabril Peppers. He could end up being an unreal player for all I know, but when talking about players without a defined position, in any sport, they are always a swift pass for me.

Of guys who will realistically be there, I like Charles Harris. Forrest Lamp as well. TJ Watt is an intriguing name, but not sure he is an ideal fit for the Sam in a 4-3.

Can it be the same player for both criteria?

Jabril Peppers fits that bill.

There are 5 players (out of those likely there) that I would like. This is in no particular order or preference.

Bowser
Willis
Peppers
Reddick
Lamp

The player I would least like to see us grab. Hard to say...very deep draft...I guess McDowell

Least - Jabril Peppers. Most - Forrest Lamp. I've been back and forth on Lamp and Charlton as most wanted. But I chose Lamp because I think he's an immediate starter and huge upgrade to the offensive line. After all it's all about Tannehill, need to protect him. Defense should dominate rounds #2 - 7.

Taco - I watch the film and see nothing special. Couldnt care less that he has ideal measurables for the position.

Most- buddha baker
Least- any OL

First 2 picks should be defense unless oj Howard miraculously is there at 22.

I'm going to guess that is your name for Cook?

if they draft a grade worthy player I really won't care...at the end of the day that matters more than anything...draft good football players that grade out worthy

i'll just probably wonder where the snaps will come from in 2017 if there's obvious road blocks in front of them

LEAST WANT

Taco or pretty much any DE at 22. Taco just doesn't look "special" to
me but more importantly, barring injury, there simply will not be enough snaps to go around to make any use of a DE.

MOST WANT

Lamp solves so many issues. Paired with Tunsil you gain a super athletic left side, insurance if Pouncey gets hurt and the drop off in OG talent is huge.

A LB in the second like Bowser makes much more sense to me than a DE in the first. Position of need and someone who can put their hand on the ground in passing situations if need be. We could always come back in the third and look at the best available between De and S.

I like your thinking on Lamp and Bowser. I think Ryan Anderson could be in play at #54 if Bowser is gone.

The player I want most is Obi Melifonwu from Connecticut. The 6'4", 224 lb, 4.4 second 40 yd dash (i.e. fastest DB), 11'9" Broad jump, 141" vertical (top DB) - he's a really big physical specimen and an elite athlete. He would be a work in progress but a DB with his sheer size and speed is rare. While he played some CB at college, he is viewed as a Safety in the NFL.
Bigger, faster, stronger (and he's really good at catching the ball).
