you guys remember last year when wanny was tring to sign free agents it seemed like the majority of them would kinda use us as a stepping stone to another team, they would seem as if they kinda considered playing here but always ended up on another team. there were a few offensive lineman i can seem to remember totally dissing us.
and you asked yourself whats going on here? i dont understand why a player would choose playing and living in the freezing cold over playing here in miami, the miami heat had no problem convincing shaq to come to miami and play? well it seems the wondering days are over almost every player nick saben wanted in free agency he got! what a differance these guys actually want to play for saben. thank god the wanny era is OVER!!

I was afraid of a Coughlin like reaction by Vet FA's, but they all seem to want to come on the Fin Train! YAHOO

I hate to break it to you, but players go where the money is.

Hate to break it to you, but the money isn't the only reason.. It's because of where the team is at and who the coaches are.

I Agree With You, Some Player Are Still Into It For The Lover Of The Game And Wanting To Win A Super Bowl, Ask Marino What Would Have Been More Important The Money Or The Ring??? I Think He'd Say The Ring...

comon buddy theres trade offs warm weather and hot chicks and a team on the upswing or freezing temps, blue balls and a team with a crappy coach and no talent you pick

then why are they coming here? they should be going to the Vikings if that was the case

Oh come off it... You signed a bunch of vets who are past there prime...

They were solid signings, but don't act as though the hottest names (not many this year) in free agency make a beeline for the fins.

Sure its nice living.playing in miami, but its a no-brainer to sign somewhere with holes so you can start.

Perfect example, Lance Shulters, he wouldn't even be a 3rd Safety on the Bills, but he can step in a start because you have holes.

the point i was tring to make is last year we offered players similar contracts as other teams and they kept going to the other team. because wanny sucks!

your aviator is funny but the bills still suck!

no doubt the fins are more attractive with Saban...

But honestly, were there any big name free agents this year?

Oh no, Marino was holding out one time, say the owner wants a mercedez, but only wants to pay for a VW..Marino was no fool, he wanted to get paid too.

take your pick Kevin Carter, Lance Shulters, Keith Traylor, Vonnie Holliday, Tebucky Jones, Stocker McDougle, and Damien Cook among others
