It is beyond far-fetched. To even have a chance at the playoffs they would have to run the table. And even that wouldn't get the Dolphins in for sure.

I think if Miami were to win they would more then likely make the playoffs because they would have beaten the tiebreakers against the other teams because Miami would've defeated them.
