Exactly. Especially when they say "so we get a better draft pick". Pick for what- to improve the team to make playoffs?

Don't have good coaching? Well respected NFL icons, such as Dungy, think Philbin should be in the coach of the year discussion. Or coaches have out coached 8 teams already this year during a myriad of distraction with a very young team. Put your complaining into context and I doubt you will be as critical.

People on here are ridiculous. You complain that the Fins don't have success but when we are about to get success and get into playoffs you're pissy because Ireland will keep his job. Smh

He may very well have won coach of the year if we didn't lose yesterday.
