8-8 was expected with their strength of schedule this year. Yes, the coaching staff makes some questionable calls, and yes, they have some personnel changes to make, but I can't recall seeing this team consistently in games, down to the wire, for a long time. I realize some of you want to be dominant, but we are just not there yet, and that is almost a foreign concept in today's league of parity.

This team is young, and will continue to get younger. But it will also continue to get better, provided we have continuity from our management and coaching staff. A team with that kind of heart and resiliency, in spite of its deficiencies, is incredible. And if that culture stays in place, and we add a few more pieces, we will be dominant for a long time.
