Plays like this are why Osweiler needs to go back to the bench in favor of Tannehill (hopefully) or Fales. He's regressing and it really is killing our offense (he's not our ONLY issue). There are multiple plays just like this from the Packers game.

Yes, you could make the argument Parker should've settled over the middle, but BO's progression never should've taken him that far.

4 backup OL, no surprise he got happy feet this game.

But absolutely he should of hit Gesicki for the first. Have no idea why he didn't throw it when that is essentially the throw we have lived on since he took over. Hell its a Gase staple.

I guess we know why Paxton Lynch was being worked out. I agree that they should give Fales a shot if RT is not ready. At a minimum, have Brock on a short leash.

Fales would be worse. BO may have regressed because injuries have caused our oline and receiving core to change,

In reality I disagree with your assessment that BO is regressing. In my opinion he has been that bad since the beginning, and the only reason we won any games with him was due to the skill players who caught the ball. If you notice, BO has not been able to do what he did early on after Wilson went down with an injury.

Most of our successful plays were with YAC plays where skill position players made the plays to score. At this point though he is better than Tanny with a noodle arm as a pick 6 machine. And I think it is laughable to think Fales will be better than BO or RT at this point.

I would rather see what Luke Falk can do than Fales to be honest.

But yeah, Brock Osweiler is atrocious, Tannehill is worse, and Fales is the worst.

Just amazing how this guy is even on a NFL team. Only us my lord. Pathetic! I would love to know the reasoning why Gase thought this guy would be a great choice behind THill. This guy is not accurate at all, can’t move out of the pocket etc etc etc. Shouldn’t you want your backup QB similar to your starter so you don’t have to change what you do offensively. Like maybe play action that a defense would actually bite on or a rollout etc etc etc. Hell what do I know I’m no QB guru or offensive genius.

I'm all for Fales getting a chance to play but Gase's ego gets on his way.

Me too, but he's done for the year.

I would too but he’s on IR so only option at this point is to see what Fales can do. Of course I wish they would have tryouts for anyone who can throw a football and has half a brain and could run.

If he read it right he throws the corner or the sticks concept secondary with gesicki although the corner route is where that ball should go when the db squats.

Parker is the 3rd progression and he’s late to get to it too.

Drake the backside dump or get out of jail one.

I don't know about Fales being worst. He certainly has a better arm talent than BO.

Believe it or not, I think one of the reasons BO isn't making the type of throw the OP is highlighting is because he doesn't trust his arm.

You aren’t winning a damn thing with qb play like that and it’s been like that on tape for 4 games.

He left plays on the field vs the bears too but he was at least serviceable.

He just keeps playing worse the more they put on his plate. Same damn thing matt Moore did when he was here

The Drake check down is extremely strange as it takes longer for him to get out in the flat than would be necessary to use him. I guess it's possible for a scramble pass, but BO wasn't moving at all and when he does it is always to his right, the other direction of Drake.

Things Gase should know when drawing up plays like this, imo.

I’d have to look again but it’s probably a late release ask thus it’s the 4th progression
