Please forgive me for not checking the boards but about once a week or so lately but what is the deal with Ricky now? Is he definately gone for this season? Is his appeal still pending?

Last I heard people on here said it was a missed test and not a failed test b/c there was miscommunication and he was out of country and in India.. Then ESPN dispelled a "missed test" rumors and said it was definately a failed test but not marijuana...

I missed the conclusion to this..can someone reinform me?

last i read it was probably a failed test due to an herb from his yoga program. sounded like he would win this appeal. ricky also has said he is willing to come back to clear up this BS so he is definitely fighting it.

Yeah, I want to know what is going to happen from everything, if he gets it cleared, which prol wont happen. Will be interesting to see the verdict

I don't think they will even hear the appeal till April sometime. Seems like I heard that somewhere when the story first broke

I'm pretty sure it will get cleared up and overturned. Ricky said that he would be willing to come back to "clear up this BS" which sounds pretty sure on his part. If he's willing to go to the trial himself and argue it's because he knows he hasn't violated the rules.

Yes i agree. The last time this happened he didnt fight it at all. Instead he admitted it. Granted he has a lot more to lose now but i just dont think with his craziness about the Yoga and Holistic stuff that he would put pot in his system.... that cant go along with his stuff...
