Just a thought. Won't it have been a little easier to say "Hey Mad, that post was against our TOS, I would refrain from those comments" being that Im a newbie and had no idea. We are all Fans of the same team and city there is no need for these dry ban him posts. Nice way to welcome new members.

Um, why should we have to tell you? Let me save Muck & co. some time with this one. It's your responsibility to read the TOS before deciding to register. You have to agree with the TOS in order to register, so it's your fault that you clicked "agree" without even reading it. Sorry, but thats the fact of the matter.
