Funny coming from somebody posting on message board. I love this idiotic statement (note, I'm calling the statement idiotic, not you). Never mind your free speech, don't you have work to do? It pertains to sports and to every other type of protest. I read it every time there is a protest of any kind. "Don't they have jobs?!" I guarantee people were saying it when MLK gave his speech amidst protesters. (Please note, I am not comparing this protest to that one, just the asinine response people have to protesters)
And before you brush it off as small issue not worthy of protesting and taking off work, if you are a season ticket holder that has given thousands upon thousands of dollars over the years to this organization and want to see it succeed, don't you think you should have your voice heard when said organization fails to do so due to inept management? Even if you aren't a season ticket holder and just a fan that buys the occasional ticket and merchandise, shouldn't you be heard if you are displeased with the way the organization has been run?
