10-6, playoffs or more in 2005 after our 2-1 start. C'mon guys, this when the team is bad they're worthless and when they're good they're playoff material attitude has got to go. Can't we just enjoy the Dolphins being 2-1, especially after last season, and quit predicting big, or small, things for this team.

If we can beat the Bills in Buffalo I'll be estatic, but not because I think we will be a playoff team, but becuase we beat the Bills in Buffalo. Not to use a Patriot cliche but let's just enjoy one game at a time. OK.

Why the hero, or zero, I told you so predictions?????????

Thank you for this post. Although I hear this kind of stuff all the time, I hate reading it. It's almost like a hex!

Because it's fun and people are bored? :lol:

I agree though, its very early. I wont feel somewhat 'safe' looking at the playoff picture until its like week 12 and we are in the race still.

The homer in me though says "hell yeah, we'll get there" now though :D .
 
it might be just me but it seems like most of the posts on this board are people complaining about other peoples posts..
 
because we...so far...are about 10 times better as a holistic unit than EVERYBODY expected...then we are the healthiest team in a division plagued with MAJOR injuries...so if you want MY prediction...i say 11-5.....its a matter of fact that we are turning heads....everybody was gunning on 6-10 or 8-8 and now that we are surpasing many expectations with flying colors it is just plain fun to predict that we will infact win the division...because realistically we can. so eat a lemon
 
Unfortunetly that is what fans do on a fan based message board. if you just want news then you have to stick to the front page.

Because having a team that is 2-1 and has shown they are a pretty good team is much more fun to talk about going 10-6 and playoffs then saying we will lose 11 or the next 13.

When you have a problem with somebody's post reply to it inside that thread, we dont need to make a whole new thread to complain about what somebody or some people have said.

I agree with you that we need to enjoy one game at a time and everything, but if people want to be excited about us having a good year so far and looking like a playoff team then let them. I would much rather read about how good we are then how bad we are what who we should draft in 2015.

With every progressive game, the attitudes on these boards will change from us being world beaters to being the dreggs of the NFL...that will happen...we might as well get used to it..it's human nature. On the other hand, with every good performance, more and more people will jump back on the bandwagon and post the crazy predictions again...and IF we do make it to the p/o's this year, there will be 40 posts of people who said "I told you so" or "I predicted 10-6 and p/o's back in August" so don't fret and get used to it...
 
I agree 100%. People here have a problem looking forward to one game at a time, after every game dozens of people post their season-ending predictions; it's always the same thing.

I think if more people concentrated on the Fins doing well game by game, people would be much more satisfied.

Actually, I predict 10-6 with a Wild Card berth and advancing to the second round of the playoffs.. What happens after that is in the hands of the man upstairs.
