When we last upgraded to the newest version of VBulletin we lost some functionality like the "Quick Reply" etc.
Today work was started to fix the bugs. The site is experiencing some side effects as they navigate through and work on the bugs. Please be patient as we do the work we need to get done. Sorry for the inconvienence.
