please tell me wes welker is making the team

I hear alot of people saying wes is not a for sure spot on the roster...does anyone know whats going on with him because he is a huge part of the team he plays the game so hard and he has blazing speed and he is a very very huge impact on special teams

If you go by how much he played in the first game, which isn't much, he is making the team
 
imo welker is a lock to make this team. welker will be our slot wr and most likely PR. the way i see thing saban is only trying to replace welker at return duties so that he can concentrate on being a WR. its really hard to see welker gettin cut when he has only been in the league for three years, and in those three years he has only gotten better. 1st year suprised as a return man. 2nd year suprised and became a pretty good slot wr and good returner. for his 3rd year im thinkin we are gonna see his WR skills improve even more.

Wes Welker has a spot on this year's roster. A lot of people talk a lot of crap. Don't listen.
 
Blazing speed :sidelol:

Ive seen him caught by a linebacker on kick returns, he doesnt have BLAZING speed. He is quick though.

welker started along side chambers cuz booker was hurt. like the depth chart indicates, that makes him the #3. he's not getting cut.

It really wouldn't bother me a bit if Welker was cut. There are some quality guys waiting in the wings... Devin A....... seems like he could develop into a good player, we all have high hopes for Hagan. Then there's that little loser Vick. To say Welker has "blazing speed" is probably one of the funniest things I've seen posted in a while. He's quick and shifty, but by no means blazingly speedy.
