Forget what we are all saying here, and forget what the media is saying, and forget what my 2 year old is........well you get the point.
Surely, you can see the mess we have become and surely your realize that you have had more than ample time to turn this team into a superbowl contender instead of pretender.
But, you have not been able to come close. So please take your show, which includes Jay Fiedler, and leave.

But trust me, you don't want him to be fired before January. You don't want Foerester, Bates, or Trestman being promoted to head coach, only to have Wayne H. say, "let's give him(Foerester/Bates/Trestman) a full season with the team next year and see how he does."

I totally agree. We need to wait to fire him so we can get someone new. I want Weiss!
