Do you guys think the trifecta will take a chance with Plexico Burress? Or even consider the idea?

He is a termendous talent but carries major red flags. If we pick him up we are an automatic contender. Thoughts and comments?

Your poll is misleading.

The player would be perfect, but there is no way Tuna brings Plax's issues to the team.

I like the player plex, not the man.

With the Trifecta, you need to be a good man and a good player.

There are still legal issues he must face, but i think he may sign a pre-contract deal allowing us to secure him with a lucrative contract in case he can resolve his legal status.
Such deal must be signed as soon as possible.

But I think Parcells can change his life for the better. He would make Pennington twice as good and make Henne elite.

We need to sign him now and draft a receiver in the later rounds and go all d on the first day.

Ummmmm......do you guys really need to be informed that there is a strong chance that this dude is going to prison for several years? Aside from that it is an absolute LOCK that he will be suspended by Goodell.

Get real. No one is touching Burress until his legal issues are resolved and the commish has made his punishments known as well.

PLEXICO? Sounds like a spanish version of Plaxico Burress or a glass stain remover

The term is Plexiglass, that's what they used to call him. Before he went to Michigan St. to play for Satan, he was at all the Gator camps but was not offered. Apparently he had trouble spelling his name, Uh, I mean he had "character issues". All you have to do is listen to any of his interviews to figure that out.

Honestly, I would sign him in a heartbeat. He is not a locker room cancer, he's an amazing player, and the stuff he did is not even a crime in Florida. In fact, he has a legit concealed weapons license in Florida. The only thing he is really guilty of is not putting the safety on right. The whole situation is really more just a product of New York's Nazi anti-gun laws.

Is this the same guy that stayed out of camp last year to "re-negotiate his FA contract"( after only 2 years) and after it was done still missed meetings and practices to the point the Giants suspended him? I think it is. A real stand up, me first type guy. Just what we need. Parcells would have brought in TO first.
