I think losing Linehan sets us back quite a bit unless we replace him with a guy like Mike Martz. I thought the offense was beginning to come around as the season ended and now he's gone.

I have a feeling this may be something we may have to just start getting used to under Saban. If he continues this dramatic turnaround and has a better year next year and keeps this momentum going, our assistants are going to be highly sought after.

I think Linehan is a great offensive mind and will be a good HC in this league, but for a team who's obvious weakness is defense, why not hire Ron Rivera? :confused:

The bigger loss was us losing Leinhan. The Pats can just plug their defensive assitants in and they will do a good job because they have BB there to help them. Plus BB has groomeed all of them to be ready for that role. If we promote Baggett to OC, then it won't be a big loss, but it will be if we don't and get somebody outside of the coaching staff.

Fins, While Mangini was DC, BB had a lot to do with the defense.

Saban has aid it was Linehan's offense to run (But I'm sure he had imput!)

Linehan, Pees for the Patriots will do good.

Definitly the fins. Pees will do fine in NE just as every other guy from inside the organization does good. Without Linehan, we may have to change our offense completely. And that takes time getting used to. I just hope if that is the case, the players can get used to it so we can make a playoff run.

i am not that totally upset. I didnt like Linehan's play calling, he made very questionable calls, and i think the late winning streak was more of the players making big plays then of linehans play calling
