Tom Brady or Peyton Manning -- who would you rather have as your quarterback and why?

Brady - He has three rings, and four if you count that pinkie ring he wears to certain bars.

Manning - He comes from quarterbacking royalty (little known fact: his mom cheated on Archie with Terry Bradshaw).

Brady - He always comes through in the clutch, be it the "tuck rule" or throwing an interception that is then fumbled by the opposition for a first down.

Manning - With Manning as my QB I wouldn't have to pay attention in the huddle because he always changes the play at the line of scrimmage.

Brady - Uh, hellooo? He's a dreamboat! I wish I was his center so I could get paid to bend over in front of him.

Manning - I think he would be a better teammate and great for morale, as dorks are fun to play jokes on.

You don't get 3 rings and have a 12 - 1 playoff record by being a "product of the system"....I.M.O.

I dont think he is a product of the system, but I do happen to think he is in a system that maximizes his strengths more than most QB's. Remember those superbowls everything went right for that team, whether it was the defense or the offense, or getting a key call from the officials or w.e it always happened.

Even though its hard to do I like to try and imagine what teams would be like if they switched players. How good would the Colts be if Brady was their QB? I dont believe they would be quite as good as they have been over the passed few years. While if you had Peyton in NE there wouldnt be any dropoff.

I hate him, but you always respect your enemy...but Tom Brady.

I tried to knock him after he was somewhat average in 2001 and relied a lot on his supporting cast, but the dude continually comes up in the clutch.

He doesn't put up the fancy numbers, but he also doesn't have Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne or work from the same offense.

Peyton puts on quarterbacking clinics on the field, no joke, and he is a bastion of consistency. so he's up there. but hei sn't Brady.

Yea, I think us Dolphin faithful have to quit being spiteful of the fact that he's a division rival and realize it isn't just luck or magic that got him where he is. I made that argument after 2001...but quickly shut my mouth by 03.

Not only that, it doesn't make a lot of sense, given that his offensive personnel seem to change yearly and he gets similar results. This year was the first marked dropoff that I really noticed, but mostly just in completion percentage.
