Today, we are stuck with all the coaches. What is Miami's record for next year under this coaching staff?

even Cleveland is likely to pass us next year with this organizational structure

The only ones hurt here are those who had unrealistic expectations. It takes time to build a good team, we had far too many holes then draft choices. We improved a little from my perspective against the short pass but gave up those gains against the rush (LB's). I would like to see some consistency instead of the knee jerk fire everybody reaction, but it's Ross's team and he'll do what he wishes. Regardless, I'm a fin's fan for life so I'm not going anywhere. I just hope we get lucky the rest of the day and fall as deep into the draft as possible. We have a lot to fix. Yes, starting with the offense of line.

**** that. Fire these clowns. Being outscored 39-7 with the playoffs on the line by the Jets and Bills is a fireable offense.

Im not sure how thinking that we could beat the bill and jets are unrealistic. If it seems unrealistic to you can I please have some of whatever you are on?

Judging from what I saw of the body language today, I think we might have seen the start of a death spiral. If these coaches return with the nucleus of this personnel, I don't think it's going to be pretty.

Same old BS. No playoffs for us.

And it will be just like that in 2015, 2016, 2017 and so on...

I say improvement: more than eight wins. But that is not a testament to the coaches. It's only a testament to the fact that our team will not take a step back. Simple logic says that we will improve on the o-line and that will likely be worth 1 or two games

if this regime sticks around, here's what i forsee happening. They'll bounce around .500 for the first 6 games. Then a string of losses will put them in the 3-6, 3-7 range then the players will lose faith in the system. The players will start to play worse, and we'll end up in the 5-11 6-10 range. We've peaked with this regime.

exactly this. the players have seen cracks in the system.

Its all down hill from here.

I voted more then 8 wins. Gotta think another year to draft and add pieces. No matter who gm is. Jeff ireland is on the hot seat folks. But i see more growth in this group. Defense needs help tho.

They need a QB badly! Gordon is looking damn good...and their defense it OK. But yes, there is a chance that if we keep Ireland, they will be better than us next year.

OK...check...clueless homer column....next...

Same coaching staff then it becomes a disaster year like our last years with Wanny and TS. Bad choices seemingly have to hit absolute rock bottom before we make changes.
