Absolutely agree on both needing to be fired ASAP. I like Riddick, too, but I’m less dead set on any particular GM or coach than I am on just flushing this awful regime and starting fresh.
 
Not a surprise given the current state we are in that one option is leading by a landside. It's the only option right now. Could change though if this team can go on a run, there's a lot of very winnable games left of the schedule, hopefully if we win those it's not papering over the cracks that are clearly there.

Yeah, things could change depending on rest of season. For example, if we win out, I would definitely want Ross to be nice to Flo and Grier when he fires them after the season.
 
Ross needs to make an example now. Fire Grier now! I would have a meeting with everyone and start out by telling Grier to get the **** out! Public firings are the best :)
 
Riddick is ok wouldn’t be upset if we gave him a shot but he hasn’t held a position with a team in almost a decade, I would prefer someone who has been around more recently and has relationships with current execs in the league.
 
Reality is... I'd really want to know if Flores did what he did last year because thats what the roster dictated, or was it his primary strategy for winning football games... I will tell you this, last years Fins dont win that many games if Flores isnt playing that exact strategy.

Thing is... We dont know the anwser to that question yet. But we'll know very very soon. i mean, I wouldnt blame him for just saying, yes the team has changed, we have better options on offense, maybe the TO luck will go on for a bit, if it aint broke, dont fix it.

But now its clearly broke, what he does next really matters here. Grier? **** him...
