If we have to go retread Id go after Cowher with all we have. But I really hate the idea of having a retread, really really hate it. I only say Cowher because hes not strictly a retread per se' but a guy who is stepping down for personal reasons. If we can convince him to come back and if he trully wants to coach us for more reasons than $$ hes the only non current NFL coordinator id think we could improve with in the long run.
