Poll: How tired are you of Beck vs. McCown vs. Henne Threads?

I'm not tired of the threads but I am tired of some of the posts in those threads. The constant bashing, insults and other negative posts have become tiresome.

I believe the polls, threads, etc., show how anxious we all are to see what happens during TC. However, given previous QB competitions I'm not too hopeful that we'll get a clear cut winner.

I get your point, but starting a thread about it isn't going to help. I think you nailed it when you said "alot of us are tired of it", so lets leave it at that because it's not going to stop.
I personally hate reading any threads bashing our players, it just doesnt make sense. Being a fan of a team is like being in your own family.. You can't choose who you are given. So make the best of it, and hope the front office does soemthing to move the team in the right direction.

I'm annoyed with them, because I feel 80% of the posters in them are missing a huge point. It shouldn't matter to fan who plays on the field in any position, as long as they are winning games.

Now I honestly can't tell you what's going to happen here. I'm a Miami Dolphin fan, that's it. I do love the players when they play here but as soon as their gone I forget quickly.

I know who I believe has the best chance of success, I also know that it will take some time for him to deliver at his highest point, but it doesn't change the fact that he might not be the right guy right now.

Many posters need to understand that regardless of which player you like the best it doesn't mean he's the best player to help this team at any given time. He maybe eventually but purhapes that time is not now.

It's fun to debate these things and so many have great arguements to support their cause, but I do wish the player fans would just let the games speak for themselves. We all can not make any comments until after we watch all three in pre-season. When that is complete believe me I'll be all over the guy I believe to give us the best chance to win.....and I could care less who that guy is.

The first option of merely four is for people who don't seem to mind those threads, and indeed who seem to enjoy perpetuating them without end, hashing and rehashing the same dull arguments and same old bits of information until blood starts pouring out of everyone's eyes.

I mean, I know it's the dull season right now, but does that mean we have to be stuck in an endless feedback loop? Let's be honest: we've exhausted all of the potential for analysis from our current set of facts, and unless someone feels like routing out some old Beck stories from college or local newspaper reports of Tony Sparano's former head coaching gig at, uh, New Haven (or something like that), then perhaps we should all stick to writing about something we actually know about, like boobies.
