Good to see you posting brother Rob :thumbsup

I voted Gase gets another year no matter what. I hope we have a great year but If they don't have a good draft and really stink it up this year I think Tannenbaum and Grier might be the first casualties

I would n't keep him if the team quit the last half of the season, but I'll guess he gets another year regardless of the record.

Before the off season, I would have said another year no matter what. But these moves are pretty questionable. Assuming Tannehill plays the full year, I think they have to be close to 6-10. If they tank hard, like 2-3 wins, I think Gase is on the hot seat.

I am all in on Gase.

I just hope Gase doesnt get fired prematurely, beause from what I have heard he will be picked up in a nanosecond if he does. The good news is Ross LOVES Gase.

tBUM needs to go though.

Gase is safe for a year. Tannebaum is another story

Gase gets another year no matter what...TBag...the Bell tolls...

Let’s pair Gase with Brian Xanders.

I don't want Tannenbaum or Gase on the team. IMO, Tannenbaum is worse than Ireland, and Gase is nothing but Philbin 2.0 running another "let's keep throwing short passes and make the punter the busiest guy on the team" style of offense.

Gase is the best thing to happen to the fins in a long time. If the team fails to make the playoffs again, Tannehill goes not Gase. The trail of dead coaches in Tannehills wake is not going to include Gase.

I hope we keep him for the foreseeable future.

keep on mind that Ross has NEVER clean house. He's never fired the GM and the HC in the same year so chances are if one gets fired then the other one stays

Time and patience will heal this team. We have a smart young coach let him get some experience and continue to build this team. I'm done with wanting to change every time we lose a game. If Gase & Tannenbaum & Grier are all on the same page that's all that matters.

In 2016 Tannehill was playing like a top ten QB in the last 3 quarters of the season. Gase is not the problem with Miami.

Gase is nothing like Philbin and I like the direction he is sending the team. He is doing what recent head coaches where unable or could not do. He is preparing the team to play a 21st century football game and getting rid of players who think of themselves first........not the team. He wants players who take the play book home at night and place football 1st before their other outside interest{not including family.}
