Why?
B/C he has turned this team around already!! We actually had guys want to come to Miami, which is a far cry from the last few years. He is the reason RW is even in Miami. He is the guy that brought in the top tier coaches in house. He is the guy that has made this DL one of the best in the game. There has never been a team w/ this many great players along the DL. Mostly DE. He is the guy that plugged the hole in a sinking ship. He has turned the org, the players attitude, and disipline back to S. Fla.

Saban is the answer! On field I believe it is the OL that is the most important. I would say Qb,but they will not have a shot to be anything if the OL is like last year.
