Even if the Fins wanted to get rid of Pouncey, you trade him. Guaranteed Pouncey would command at the very least, a first round pick.

You have to judge Pouncey on what kind of player he is, and what kind of person he is in the lockeroom. So far we haven't seen any tangible evidence of him being bad at either.
