why would you be embarassed? you should ALWAYS be proud to be a Dolphins fan,no matter whether they're doing good or bad,and you should ALWAYS be proud to wear your teams colors in public...i know i am regardless of how our team's doing...even last year i still proudly wore my Dolphins jerseys&ballcaps in public...

To expand on the alcohol aspect of the situation....

I enjoy being able to "drink my face off" in celebration following games, rather than wallowing in my sorrows and crying in my miller lites...:beer1:

i still wore my gear last year but it sucked because the only thing anyone knew about this team was we hadnt won a game. For some reason when the fins win the 23 on my jersey shines just a little brighter.

I always rep my Dolphins gear. Win or Lose. Any smartmouth, jokey jokemaker makes a comment after a loss they usually wind up with a black eye. I handed out about 15 of them last season.
