I was watching videos about our fins today and I came across "porters house" and he didn't practice one day due to his hamstring

While I like joey porter, against the run he is useless anyway. Therefore, I don't think it will be that much of a big deal if he isn't in the game. He hasn't proven much yet in the first two games anyway.

Sorry just calling it for what it is. No sense in putting a guy out there that is hurt anyway and risking him further injury or worse..

I was thinking the same, or maybe we switch JT over to the weak side and give Moses or Anderson a try.

Has Wake played the strong side at all in pre-season? He looks big and bad enough to nail Gates a few times getting off the line, like Roth used to do.

Why are you happy our best defensive player is hurt, just so we can give a Canadian refugee a shot?

I am excited about Wake too, but not at the expense of Porter.
