Hartline (excellent 2 or 3 WR of the future)
Polite (solid FB now and in future)
OL (solid core w/decent depth)
DL (great rotation other than needing a younger Ferg in the middle, not Soliai)
Davis/Smith (excellent CB tandem someday)
Wake (future sack leader)

Its still all about the future. Problem is they keep winning just enough to make us forget that now. What else looks like a positive?

Yes pretty much, even though Henne had a bad game (not as bad as the stats show), he's our QB of the future and 5-3 as a starter.

Davis? a postive today you are kidding right? Ok he may did ok for the game, but did you see how TO burned him for a TD? Wait and watch what Moss does to him next sunday.

Not sure why we needed to let our decent players from last year go to FA. At least keep them around and let them compete with our rookies.

I thought Fasano performed good today and we sacked the opposing QB several times. Our O-Line did well blocking Ricky and gave Henne good protection. Other than that, everything was terrible.

Taking the whole season in to account, yes, I think they have both shown enough as rookies to be positive for the future.

It's refreshing to see someone trying to positive after what is a very tough loss to swallow. We're all disappointed, but I see no sense in the moronic 'we suck' 'he sucks' that some people seem only capable of.

We're a young team, with talent and we're going in the right direction. With the right additions in the draft and free agency, we could well be pushing hard next year. This was always going to be a tough year thanks to the schedule and the expectations, and that's before we lose our starting QB, CB, RB, NT. So I think we should be proud of the way we bounced back from 0-3.

As for today, it hurts that's for sure. Some of the play calling tested my patience - how different a game would if have been if we'd just handed it off to Ricky on the 1 on that first drive? And yes there's Ginn. Yes we keep folding in the fourth quarter and giving up big plays. But they are our Fins and we have to support them. Take this one on the chin, and get focused to try and take down the Pats.

Henne`s TD pass to Hartline was a thing of beauty, he puts it only where the receiver can adjust to it or it`s an incompletion, great play.

I'm lukewarm on him right now. I just hate the thought of another "game manager" type who is "fine as long as he's not asked to do too much" you know? How long before we can hang our hat on elite QB play once again? Will Henne really be that guy if they get him a legitimate #1 target?

Fasano had a nice game. He's actually catching balls again.

That Baker kid looked good on his sack - hope it was more than luck.

Polite was solid as usual...unfortunately he's not a weapon in the passing game but that's ok.

Hartline had the nice TD catch and showed excellent awareness to keep going on that other catch.

Henne *started* the game throwing quite well.
