So hopefully Campbell makes a few changes for the better, obviously at this point it's all an unknown, but what do you want to see?

-Nearly all of the snaps that Jennings is getting need to go to Stills / Parker.
-get back with Douglas on his natural LG spot. Turner starts at RG. Give him backup tackle reps too.
-more Jamar Taylor out there, wanna see Bobby McCain too
-less Aikens out there, or really work with him I don't know. Maybe promote Thompson even from ps
-more Jordan Phillips
-more Chris McCain for his potential and more of Misi at mlb
-huge, HUGE emphasis on tackling for everyone
-more under center plays, Tannehill needs more flexibility definitely as far as audibles go

(Fire Coyle of course too.. Lazor should get the boot too)

Hard to disagree with most of the stuff on your list... We could take that bubble screen out for a few games where Landry is expected to break five tackles as far as I'm concerned.

I dont want to see us throw a three yard out when its 3rd and 4 or longer... at least try to get the first...

Dallas and Jennings probably shouldn't be sleeping very well tonight. Parker seeing more snaps. Turner starting. Bowman starting on the boundary with Brice in the nickel where he belongs. If the DLine doesn't start producing I'd see some changes there. Vernon and Earl could be benched. LBer could obviously see some shakeup. Campbell mentioned him in the presser and I can see Aikens improving with Campbell's help. I expect changes.

Philbin's inability to trust his backup players / bench his starters timely was perhaps one of his biggest downfalls as a HC. Is it any wonder that some of the best young players on this team, Philbin had zero intention of starting or giving respectable snaps to for weeks on end? Months?

Aikens is killing us but man are the other options bad...i want miami to trade for dion bailey at the trade deadline

i don't know who Dion Bailey is but I want him too, Ive had it with Aiken sorry ass

I think if we TRULY are serious about the playoffs we'd need to make some trades. At least one for a safety. Aikens is so lost out there it pains me. Maybe KC could be a trade partner, they have 3 solid safeties.. I wish we would have kept Thompson on the 53, I think he has real potential, just needs to learn and also get bigger and better at tackling, I mean he was a corner before s so we know he has some coverage skills. I'd rather take my lumps out there with him getting beat then Aikens / Thomas

Yep. I'm sick of that and all of the different wrinkles and **** we try to do with it. The defenses aren't stupid lol

I always liked Thompson. He's tape was really good. Great tackler, had heart, and powerful dude...obviously Phailbin thought otherwise. I think he's gonna be a good one. He looked like he really loved to play. Really high on him. I think he may be on the practice squad

Wnother terrible blunder by this coaching staff. Putting Ajayi on that list. Damn it would
be nice to have him right about now or two weeks ago

I'm a sucker for screens. But our team sucks at those wideout screens. Said it after week one. Get Miller or Williams involved and run rb screens.

Make Parker a starter, bench Jennings, cut Brice McCain, make Thomas the starter at safety, Billy Turner at left guard. More runs for Gray

I wish I had access to the film but, I believe Parker needs to be starting. He has looked decent in the snaps that I've seen of him so far. Would like to see Phillips play some more with Suh, and throw Turner in the guard mix let's see what he has. Bobby McCain too.

Cambell is the perfect coach for Phillips... So I hope he's off the inactives starting now.

Guys with upside need worked in more and featured. Safe players with limited upside featured less. The result will be playmaking. I don't mean starting, but more impact value. We need higher difference makers out there. If we are worried about mistakes, at least develop them.

Be honest, the offseason is so neutered by the players union, the best way to develop is in games. Get Chris McCain, Bobby McCain, Devante Parker, Jordan Phillips, Billy Turner, Ajayi (when he comes off injury) Hazel, the punt returner from Purdue, Hewitt, more run to different degrees and feature them to different degrees. These are some guys with more upside than flatlining types we have out there. Maybe some can't have heavy loads, but work them in some.

Just look for the players that are the most aggressive ... they'll get a lot of playing time.
