Its obvious that Sparano is not nfl ready. It shows in his personnel decision i.e. Ginn and Porter, his game management skill i.e. bad play callings, half time non-adjustment, poor clock management.
Now with the fantasy of playoff out of the picture, who will be a good replacement in the head coaching position? And why?
Please, don’t waste our time with, “bring Shula out of retirement”, or “you must like Wanny then”

We play a bad game and here come the torches and pitchforks.

How about I bring up the fact that you don't know what the **** you are talking about. To start, playoffs aren't out of the picture. We lose to New England, I'll support your theory of a no playoff season, but were 1 game behind the top wild card competitor. And it just so happens 3 of the last 5 games are against those same competitors for wild card.

Porter is fine. 2.5 sacks today, is there something wrong with that?

Ginn, yeah you get 1 point for mentioning that ginn still plays. Henning calls the plays, most of them at least, not Sperano.

Sperano took a 1-15 team and made them AFC East Champs. Granted, Parcells played a pretty big role, but who the **** are you to think Sperano is going to get fired? Did you even consider the injuries we've had??? Our best running back is on IR, our starting corner is on IR, our DT is on IR, Cobbs. . . IR.

I hope Sperano stays just to spite you. I want him to stay just to spite you.

We had Wannstedt for four years and he wasn't even fired. Those who want Sparano fired will probably have to settle in and get used to him, because I doubt he'll be going anywhere anytime soon.

His record since taking over a 1-15 team is 16-11 not to mention losing his starting QB/RB/CB/TE/NT and I'll throw in Cobbs for good measure. On top of that he faced one of the most brutal schedules in the history of this league........yeah I guess he should be canned?

This is one of the reasons it's hard to be a Dolphins fan. We might have some of the most uneducated followers in the NFL. I know all fan bases have ridicules people but I think we have a higher percentage then any other team.

we are forgetting one thing with sparano on why we cannot let go of him, you cannot tell me does not look dam cool when he does the press conferences with his shades, who else in the nfl could pull it off, only reason he pulls it off is because of his name

Jumping the gun a bit wafinfan. I am unhappy as hell with the coaching staff now but you do realize they are not going anywhere. Hopefully Parcells pulls Sparano in to his office for some individual counseling sessions. At best we can hope for Henning's retirement at season's end.

Sparano does a nice job of getting them ready during the week. Sunday's...................he needs to work on it.

I dont think he is doing that bad of a job, considering what the shape of the team was like when he took over as head coach. One big problem is the continuing of wasted time outs WEEK AFTER WEEK!!

I also think he needs to get more involved with pressuring the coordinators. 1. to use more blitzing packages and more pressure on the QB. The pressure on opposing QB's is too sparatic in my opinion. And 2. More spread attacks and 2 minute drill like drives.

I am not for firing Sporano, but he needs to start taking some heat. Yes Miami has injuries, Buffalo has as many if not more, yet they blew Miami out. TS admitted this team had 10 days to get ready and they weren't. The cute pass on the first drive is inexcusable, horrible coaching decision. I like TS as a motivator and teacher, but I do not like his game management.
