Sorry if this is repetitive I've been out of touch for the the last month. Just graduated from an advanced firefighters academy. I think a good solid experienced head coach and staff will go a long way. This team has a load of talent. Ryan Tannehill I'm not gonna lie has been making me think twice about him but I do still believe in him. Our CBs need to be addressed in the offseason. LB and O line also need some upgrades. The core talent on this team is there. So what coaches are a good fit going forward?

1. Jim Harbaugh
2. Mike Shanahan
3. Kirk Ferentz
4. David Shaw
5. Hue Jackson

I like Shaw as well.

As someone who follows Big 10 football very closely I would refuse to watch a Dolphin game until everyone associated with the current organization, from the owner down to the custodial crew, was no longer affiliated with the team if Kirk Ferentz was hired.

Hello everyone,

This is new to me, the John Harbaugh rumors!!? Where is this coming from? If indeed he is available, we throw the kitchen sink at him to get to Miami. Can someone give links to these rumors?

Ok, out of that group who would be willing to work for 11 million per year with little control over draft and other team related decisions? Someone who would willingly report to Tannenbaum, Aponte, Hickey, and Ross. Serious question cause most on that list would want full control.

I gotta throw my boy Dan Campbell in there. Sure go ahead throw your spears at me. Seriously though he has the passion and respect of the players. He does lack the knowledge desired with his zero head coaching experience. However didn't all Head Coaches start somewhere? Let him go through his first draft. Let him organize his first training camp. Might have something special here and we don't even know it.

Current head coaches they may not be back with their teams: John Harbaugh and Sean Payton

OCs: Kyle Shanahan, Hue Jackson

DCs: Teryl Austin, Sean McDermott

Mike Shanahan would be nice

The GM thought it was a good idea to have Jason Fox on the roster as a backup knowing that Albert would still be injured coming into the season. The GM also thought it was a good idea to have a rookie guard who never played Center before as a backup to Pouncey. But sure, a new head coach will fix it.

A coach that is a DC. There's enough talent on the offense in the right hands. A defensive coach like Sean McDermott makes sense he will have more of a say completely rebuilding the defense outside of Jones and Suh the rest are expendable. Rob Chudzinski will be available for OC. When you can't win in the division you have to find a way to stop the other teams from scoring it's that simple we've got 2 good running backs.

It would not surprise me if Campbell gets the job by default. Seriously, the dolphins are a hot mess. The defense needs to be retooled (LBs and CBs). The offense (average QB, OL that does not match up to division defenses). The division itself, being tough. Than finally the FO with its multi-tiered levels. What experienced former head coach would even think that Miami is a desirable job? Therefore because of general lack of interest or desirability, Campbell wins the job by default.

IF we end up with Campbell by default he is not going to be be able to put together a good coaching staff. Therefore we'll continue to suck. And with former Jets loser TannenBUM picking players we aren't going anywhere anyway.
