With all the this talk about making our team better, I think it is time to begin pondering what players other teams will cut that can possibly help this team. The first player to hit FA and immediately be picked up was Chad Pennington. Pennington immediately gives you a leader at the QB position and solidifies the position for atleast two years, but are there other players out there that can help.

I think you have to first look at the teams weakness. Offcourse everyone knows reciever is one. So, it is safe to say that if a reciever gets cut this team will look at him. Personally I think a guy like Devery Henderson who is rumored to be released can help. He has been playing for Sean payton the last two years. Payton is a diciple of Parcells and runs a very similiar offense to the one ran in Dallas when Parcells was there you have to think that if Henderson was brought in he could help.

Two other positions of desperate need is OLB and i think OL. Lecharles Bently is out there, but you have to think other Lineman will be available. Especially a guy like Pat Mcquistan from Dallas who Ireland loved.

Dolfans around the world feel free to add players that could be cut that Miami could be interested in.

Henderson is out there? That would be a nice pickup, imo. And I would be all over Bentley if I was a GM. I think one more good guard and that would solidify things on the OL

Well, rumors are that Henderson could be released. LeCharles Bentley is out there, but he just turned down a 1million 1 year contract from the Lions. He apparently wants to be shown the money.

A guy Dolfans were raving about Shane Olivea who I kept saying had a chronic back problem was picked up by the giants just to be put on injured reserve today.

Stephen Bowen, Pat McQuistan, Joe Berger, possibly Miles Austin or other WR cut - all from the Cowboys.

Like you said, I think any OLB that can help in the 3-4 is worth a look rather than trying to convert Holliday and Roth.

Pasqualoni converted Ellis to OLB, so you never know. Look at the past two years he had. When JT converted look how good he played. Maybe converting Roth to OLB can turn around his career or Holliday.

McQuistan's the drum I've been banging, I'll still go with him. Anyone come up with some WRs that they might like?

rumors are Kevin Walter might get cut (and that's a huge might) he's been a sure handed WR for both Houston and CIncy

Nobody has said, but I think Isaih Staienbach could be the odd man out at WR in Dallas. They really like Hurd and Austin over and the kid Ammendola is suppose to have mad skills.

Im suprised nobody has mentioned Roy williams.

Is Amendola impressing? That's interesting. I know Austin is definitely impressing.

If Isaiah Stanback gets cut, he WILL be claimed by the Dolphins. Jeff Ireland is nuts about the kid.

Nobody has mentioned a certain guy from the Cowboys. His name is
Remi Ayodele. He is Akin's kid brother and he plays DT. Last year when Ferguson went down he impressed, he was latered waived when they picked up Tank, but signed after the season a two year deal. Apperently he played well enough when Ferguson was gone. I have been saying all offseason if an when he is released he will be picked up. Besides Soliai and Ferguson the other only DT is Turibio.

Perhaps a corner like Alan Ball, or a WR like a Miles Austin (looks unlikely to be cut) or Stanback. I expect plenty of Cowboys.

I know it isn't exactly a waiver pick up, but I would like to see if the Eagles are gonna drop the asking price on Lito, and maybe we could get him for cheap from the eagles. We have the money to spend, and he is definitely an upgrade at corner, and we can use it. Just an idea.

I tell ya who got a deal on a CB is the Lions with Leigh Bodden. Yikes I think the Browns will regret that.
