Have we not learned anything during the post-Don Shula era of the Miami Dolphins?Jimmy Johnson taught us one man with all the power can't do everything, at least not well, or when he's got day trading to do.Dave Wannstedt taught Dolphins fans that a conservative brand of football is equivalent to a dose of NyQuil. It keeps your team from getting sick, but makes us super sleepy due to boredom. From Nick Saban we learned to make sure the coach's ego isn't bigger than his body. And Cam Cameron, who bombed his first interview for the job, taught us that overlooking our initial impression might cause us to "fail forward fast."How about Tony Sparano, Bill Parcells' handpicked head coach, who was shown the door earlier this month? The present Joe Philbin, outcome: TBDIf we don't learn from our mistakes, understanding where this past regime went wrong during their four-year tenure, this franchise is doomed to repeat them.http://articles.sun-sentinel.com/20...227_1_brian-hartline-tony-sparano-erik-walden
