1) Calvin Johnson WR Georgia Tech
: What can this guy not do? He comes out and runs a 4.3 in someone elses shoes. The guy is clearly the best player in this draft; He will be both a deep and a possession threat that will make big plays all day long.

2) Adrian Peterson RB OKLAHOMA
: What an impressive combine especially given that his brother was shot and killed hours before. This guy has tremendous blend of physicality and speed that will make him a dominant RB at the next level.

3) Alan Branch DT Michigan
This guy is a monster who will be a dominant DT for the next decade. What seperates him from Amobi Okoye is the guys meanstreak; he is one bad dude.

4) Laron Landry S LSU
His 40 time of 4.35 completely wowed me. This guy is an unbelievable football player.

5) Gaines Adams DE CLemson:
If we could draft him and line him up outside we would have the best defense in the league. This guy is a fast , athletic, playmaker who will be all over the field.

6) Brady Quinn QB Notre Dame
Though he didn't work out besides doing the bench press we all know this guy is destined to be great. 24 reps at 22 lbs is no joke.

7) Jamarcus Russell QB LSU:
The guy is a physical freak who has the arm strength of two average Quarterbacks combined. With coaching this guy could be great.

8) Joe Thomas T Wisconsin
The guy is going to be real good but not looking like the next Ogden or Pace

9) Levi Brown T Penn State
Same as Thomas but I think he will be a little better than Thomas.

10) Leon Hall CB Michigan: For those who said he was slow you better watch the tape. This guy has all the tools to be a Pro Bowl corner in the NFL.

11) Ted Ginn Jr. WR Ohio State
I don't know if anyone will have a bigger impact instantly than Ted Ginn; Ginn's special team, ability combined with his receiver ability and knack for making big plays make this guy everyone's dream.

12) Amobi Okoye DT Louisville
Young kid with all the skill and talent in the world will be a force at the next level.

HIDDEN GEM:
Chris Houston CB Arkansas
He fits our scheme better than any corner in the draft and if this guy is there in round 2 it will be a steal!

Surprise:
Tim Shaw LB Penn State
He is one fast dude who might be a better pro than the more popular Paul Poluszny

BUST:
Dyane Jarrett WR USC
Slow can you say Mike Williams

Shaw will not be a better pro than Poszluzny, despite his speed. They are in completely different classes. Shaw is good, but not that good.

Joe Thomas should be in the top five, and Levi Brown should be nowhere near him. Good player, but Thomas is much better.

I could be wrong, but seeing as the draft hasn't happened yet, isn't it just a tad early to give out POST draft oscars? If you mean post COMBINE oscars, then you really have to take the players who didn't participate off this list (Ginn, Russell), even if you do have them in your power rankings.

you think levi brown is going to be better than joe thomas?

He is really going to have to pick it up but I guess it's not out of the realm of possibilities.

If those are your draft rankings, I disagree with most of them but to each his own.

:hmmm: Not exactly my idea of the top 12, too each their own.

what makes you say quinn is destined for greatness? his mediocre arm strength? his ability to play poorly when it counts the most?
