I posted a topic much like this after week 1 and decided to skip week 2 because i feared many 1-15 votes but now after week 3, what do you guys think the dolphins will be looking at record-wise at the end of the year?

Also remember to tell me if your predictions have changed at all since the beginning of the year and why!

I anticipate many people voting 9+ wins since we recently mauled the Patriots 38-13 (can't say that too many times :D). That is part of the reason why I didn't post this the day of or day after game!
 
I still haven't changed my stance of 8-8 for this team. This is a relatively young team with a lot to prove on the football field. expect the rookies to contribute much more down the road, I expect this team to only get better. Sure they will have their bumps and bruises along the way but they will start to kick it up this year and prove they can compete with any team they face.
 
I voted 7-9 because this last win has made me optimistic but from all the previous years of disappointment I'm still a bit hesitant to say anything much better.

Went at 5-11, with a possible loss to the Patriots November 23 at home. I know I know we just kicked their butt, they definitely will have a chip on their shoulder. It's possible we can pull out some more wins, I just don't know yet. I think its too early to tell.

Nor did the embarassment to the NFL's most irrelveant franchise the week before........Or the embarassing loss to the Jets on opening day in our house.

ight yeah the loss to arizona was embarresing but i think we played alright againsted the jets.. that wasnt embarresing at all i mean we were playin BRETT ****ING FAVRE ya know?.. like i dont understand how beating the pats by 25 in their house did nothing to your prediction.. did u watch the game?.. i did not see one flaw. maybe the special teams D could have been a lil better but thats it. like it makes no sence that that win and performance changes nothing about your prediction.
 
I will stick with my preseason prediction of 7 or 8 wins and finishing in the middle of the pack. I never thought we were as bad as our 1-15 record indicated due to all the injurys we had , plus we were competive in alot of our games we played last year.

Why should winning one game, playing uncharacteristically vs the rest of our season, make a difference in my opinion? Useing your measure, our D playd ok one week, embarassingly bad one week and, great another........Your opinon has as much validity as mine. This team has done nothing to prove to me they are better than a way sub .500 team. We couldn't find a way to beat Brett, but, the Pats could...The same team we beat....But, we couldn't beat the Jets.....

yeah were both entitled to our opinion i just get really defensive when it comes to the fins lol. i guess we'll just have to watch the games and see.
